Hicham Harrag

French-Moroccan filmmaker Hicham Harrag launched his career directing short films and working with industry professionals including cinematographer Jean-Claude Aumont. In 2014, Harrag founded Studio Ciné Magueule with his twin brother. In 2022, his cross-cultural experiences and twin bond shaped their storytelling, and Harrag found international recognition and awards across multiple genres. He moved to Los Angeles to make his mark in Hollywood, working on Andrew Callaghan’s YouTube documentary series All Gas No Brakes (2019–2020) and co-directing the feature Speaker Boy with renowned cinematographer Xavier Dolléans.
