Ines Lehaire

Director

"I intend to develop an intimate and contemplative cinema, inspired by my dual heritage, family memory, that explores exile, transmission, and roots."

Ines Lehaire is a Franco-Belgian-Moroccan filmmaker. Deeply rooted in her heritage and shaped by experiences in Europe and the Maghreb, she creates cinema that explores family bonds, memory, and exile. After a volunteer experience in Morocco, she joined ESAV Marrakech, where she directed an award-winning short film and a second film that was selected for several festivals. Her third film, currently in post-production, continues her exploration of identity and belonging through an intimate, poetic lens.
