"Linda Qibaa founded Ruyba Films in Casablanca in 2025. Based on both shores of the Mediterranean, she develops projects that bridge cultures and highlight original voices."

Linda Qibaa studied photography, philosophy, and anthropology, which is how her desire for documentary was born. She completed her training in production management at the Institut national de l’audiovisuel in France and through various labs among them the IDFA Project Space in the Netherlands and Ateliers Pro Tamayouz in Morocco. In 2025, she founded Ruyba Films. Based in Marseille and Casablanca, she aims to support Moroccan auteur cinema with an international reach from a pan-African and pan-Arab perspective.
